Jak zmierzyć stopy
Aby dobrać odpowiedni rozmiar, mierz stopy wieczorem - stopy zazwyczaj puchną w ciągu dnia.
Krok 1: Stań wyprostowany na kartce papieru plecami do ściany tak, byś dotykał ją piętami.
Krok 2: Odznacz najdłuższą odległość (koniec dużego lub drugiego palca) trzymając długopis lub ołówek prostopadle do podłogi.
Krok 3: Zmierz i zapisz pomiar, następnie powtórz czynność dla drugiej stopy.
Krok 4: Uwzględniając dłuższy pomiar (stopy rzadko są tej samej długości) dopasuj otrzymany wynik do tabeli - dokładnie, bez zapasu.
